HappyTails Digital provides a cloud-based booking and customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for pet service businesses, including but not limited to pet groomers, trainers, sitters, and veterinary clinics.

We offer a 14-day free trial of our paid features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. The subscription fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HappyTails Digital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data may be deleted from our systems.
In no event shall HappyTails Digital, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or suitability for your purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HappyTails Digital is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
